Terms and Conditions – jjwan Pakistan

1. Definitions

The following terms are used throughout this document. Understanding them will help you read these Terms and Conditions clearly.

Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings in this document are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Account Registration

To access jjwan's games and betting services you must first create a member account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals meeting the criteria below.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing jjwan from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be an existing member with a previously closed or suspended account, unless jjwan has explicitly approved re-registration in writing.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when creating or operating an account.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person is permitted to hold one active account on jjwan. Duplicate accounts — whether created using the same identity, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — are strictly prohibited. Where jjwan identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and any other information requested during the registration or subsequent verification process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. jjwan recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features made available on the platform. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a breach to jjwan support promptly.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

jjwan is required to verify the identity of its members before processing withdrawal requests. This is standard practice across the industry and is in place to protect members and the platform alike.

3.1 Documents Required

• A valid government-issued photo ID such as a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of your payment method — a screenshot or confirmation showing the mobile number or bank account registered in your name.
• Additional documentation may be requested at jjwan's discretion for accounts with higher transaction volumes or where identity confirmation requires further evidence.

3.2 Timing of Verification

You may deposit and play before completing full KYC verification. However, jjwan reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until verification is complete. We encourage members to complete verification early to avoid any delays when withdrawing winnings. The verification process typically takes less than 24 hours once all required documents have been submitted correctly.

3.3 Ongoing Verification

jjwan may request updated or additional documentation at any time as part of its ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jjwan are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to both deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jjwan currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

• Easypaisa
• JazzCash
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• Bank transfer via IBFT
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit on jjwan is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed as promptly as possible. Digital wallet withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically clear within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank IBFT transfers may take one to two business days depending on the receiving bank. jjwan does not charge fees on withdrawals from the platform side; charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside jjwan's control.

4.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

For security and fraud prevention, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible due to payment method limitations, jjwan will use an alternative method after identity verification.

4.5 Currency

jjwan operates exclusively in PKR. All displayed balances, bet amounts, winnings, and transaction records are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion is applied on jjwan — amounts shown are exact PKR values.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jjwan offers various bonus types to both new and existing members. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specifically overridden by the terms stated for a particular promotion.

5.1 Welcome Bonuses

Welcome bonuses available to new members are detailed on the registration and first deposit pages. These bonuses are available once per person, household, device, and IP address. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once through duplicate accounts will result in account suspension.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most promotional bonuses on jjwan are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement multiplier and the games that contribute towards clearing the requirement are stated at the point the bonus is offered. Standard bonus wagering requirements are between 15x and 35x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering; live table games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.

5.3 VIP Cashback Programme

Weekly cashback credited through the jjwan VIP Club programme is not subject to wagering requirements. This cashback is real PKR balance credited directly to your withdrawable wallet balance every Monday based on your net losses from the previous week. 5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credits that are not used within the stated expiry period (typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion) will be removed from your account automatically. Any wagering progress towards an expired bonus is also forfeited.

5.5 Abuse of Bonuses

jjwan monitors bonus activity for patterns that suggest abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and coordinating with other accounts to exploit promotions. Where such patterns are identified, jjwan reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and suspend the account.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity conducted through jjwan.

6.1 Game Results

All slot and table game outcomes on jjwan are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent third-party laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical equipment — real cards and roulette wheels operated in licensed studio environments. jjwan does not interfere with or influence game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market. The applicable limits are displayed within each game interface or on the relevant sports betting market. For football betting, the minimum bet is Rs 200. For live casino tables, minimums vary by table and are displayed before you sit down.

6.3 Voided Bets and Cancelled Events

In sports betting, if a match is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the required amount of play for a result to stand, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for each sport and event type are applied at settlement. In the case of a clear and manifest error in pricing, jjwan reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes.

6.4 In-Play Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the market being open at the time of submission. Markets suspend around key events such as goals and red cards and reopen with revised odds. Bets submitted during a market suspension will not be accepted. Confirmed bets placed before a suspension remain valid.

6.5 Technical Interruptions

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a gaming session, jjwan's server records are the definitive reference for determining bet placement and outcome. Where a game round is interrupted before completion due to a technical fault on jjwan's side, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjwan. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating more than one account on jjwan.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with jjwan's platform.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live table games, sports betting, or any other format.
• Using jjwan's payment infrastructure to process funds on behalf of third parties (money laundering).
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider without first raising the issue with jjwan support.
• Accessing jjwan from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law and misrepresenting your location to circumvent restrictions.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing another person to operate your account.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by jjwan

jjwan reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached, if required to do so by law or regulation, or if we determine that continued operation of the account poses a risk to jjwan or other members.

In cases of suspected fraud or serious breach, account funds may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance released promptly.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your jjwan account at any time by contacting support at support@jjwan.click. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided all outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met. Bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at the member's request.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. jjwan will attempt to notify you via the registered email address before applying any dormancy administration. Members wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.

9. Responsible Gaming

jjwan is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides several tools to help members stay in control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when set and can be reduced at any time. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that alert you when a gaming session has reached a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary exclusion (7 days to 6 months) or permanent exclusion from jjwan. Self-exclusion is actioned immediately upon request. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and you cannot access any gaming or betting services on jjwan.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during sessions showing your session duration and net balance movement for the session.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jjwan platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and trademarks — is the property of jjwan or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially exploiting any content from jjwan without express written permission.

Game content provided by third-party game providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. Any issues relating to game content should be raised with jjwan support who will liaise with the relevant provider as appropriate.

11. Privacy and Data

jjwan's collection, storage, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on jjwan you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

In summary, jjwan collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and improving the platform experience. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors and game providers to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have requested.

12. Limitation of Liability

jjwan provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and reliability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjwan's total liability to any member for any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

jjwan is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, even if jjwan has been advised of the possibility of such loss. This limitation applies regardless of the legal basis of the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes jjwan's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Changes to These Terms

jjwan reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address on file and display a notice on the platform for a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of jjwan following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should cease using the platform and close your account. Any bets or game rounds already placed and in progress at the time terms change will be settled under the terms in force at the time the bet was placed.
